If you choose to cancel your registration within 7 days of your purchase date and before the masterclass begins, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
To request a refund within this window, please email us at team@CoachRamya.com with your purchase details. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days once the request is approved.
Once the masterclass has started or if you miss the scheduled session, no refunds or cancellations will be issued. This includes partial attendance, non-attendance, or failure to join the session at the scheduled time.
Participation in a masterclass, workshop, or program does not guarantee specific results. Transformational outcomes depend on individual effort, consistency, and application of the tools shared during the session.
Any bonus resources provided (audio tools, cheat sheets, challenge kits, toolkits, etc.) are considered part of the program package. If a refund is issued before the masterclass starts, access to these bonus materials will be revoked.
